I had a fantastic experience at Don Jewelers. I needed a ring on short notice and he came through in the most impressive way. Don was incredibly helpful and patient; he listened to what I wanted and guided me through his lovely collection. Despite being on a grad student budget, I found a stunning ring to that exceeded all expectations. What sets him apart is his commitment to customer satisfaction. He expedited the resizing and customization process, ensuring I had the ring in time long before my proposal. My fiancée was so impressed and in love with her engagement ring, that we went back to Don to get our wedding bands. Since then, we've gone back to Don a few times, to get a necklace for our niece, as well as get the ring my grandmother gifted my wife resized and polished to look like new again. Don is amazing, and I would recommend him to anybody!

Don came highly recommended from an online group by all who commented. I took it there as soon as I moved to WA, and he helped me find the right size to get my ring adjusted to, gave great pricing, and had it done sooner than expected! I love that I can wear my engagement ring now and it fits perfectly. I'm thrilled and in love with it. He will be my go-to from now, so I’ll definitely go there for any future needs!

Don jewelers is a smaller business, but don’t let that fool you! Don repaired my wife’s wedding ring that had two of its five prongs bent or broken. He replaced them for half the cost Ben Bridge quoted me and I bought the ring from them! My wife couldn’t be happier with the repairs. Her ring looks like it’s brand new and we were married almost 22 years ago! I will recommend Don to anyone looking for repairs or custom jewelry design.

Don created the most beautiful custom engagement ring combining the style from one side of my family and the stone and gold from the other side. He also repaired another family ring. Don was very professional and prompt with communication. He sent pics along the way to verify it was what we were looking for. He was honest with what we could do and what wouldn’t be worth using. He also worked swiftly , getting it completed before the holiday. It was also more affordable than I thought a custom piece would be. He went above and beyond my expectation. It can be hard to trust these days, especially with items that have so much sentimental value, but I definitely TRUST him. It’s very beautiful.seeing new life brought to family heirlooms, makes my heart sing.

If you are looking for a business truly cares about people and operates from the heart, Don Jewelers is the place. When I first reached out to Don, I had a vision for the ring I wanted and he made calls to find this marquise sapphire stone. What I love most about Don is that he doesn't try to up sell you or is pushy about any decision. When we looked at the stones, he focuses on how the overall ring would look on my finger instead of opting in for a bigger or more expensive stone. He works very quickly to meet our timeline and I love that our consultations were so fun. When I received the ring from my partner, I inaudibly gasped for a good minute because the ring was better than the vision I had for it. Don was really great at talking with me through every decision I had for the ring since I initially wanted the side stones to be bigger, but leaving them smaller and proportional allowed the center stone to shine on its own and this is my favorite part of the ring. Don and his wife always makes my family so welcomed (especially my son who loves to play with the toys there). If you're over the typical commercial chain jewelry stores and don't find anything special there, definitely visit Don Jewelers.

I have to take a moment to rave about my experience with Don. My husband and I decided somewhat last minute to renew our vows. It was something that we have been thinking about for a while and we knew we wanted to get new rings to exchange. We had looked all over at basically every jewelry store you can think of in the mall or online. I was not finding what I was envisioning in my mind anywhere. That’s when I decided to try to contact a private jeweler and see if we could custom design something. I happened to reach out to Don kind of on a whim after driving by and seeing his store. I let him know the scenario and that we were in somewhat a tight window of five weeks to when I would need the jewelry by. He was very prompt and accommodating to get me into the store to talk about my ideas that I had. From the initial meeting, to picking out my diamonds, to my wax design, and finally to my final product, I could not be more ecstatic! He walked us through every step of the way. It was so exciting to see the vision come to life. Now my husband and I both have one of a kind pieces to cherish forever. I am truly thankful for Don and his craftsmanship.

What I appreciate most about a jeweler is being up-front without the feeling that you’re being oversold. Punctuality and transparency means you can trust them not to do things that make you feel like you have double-check what they’re telling you. Don gave me a fair price on my engagement ring resizing and a firm date, which he promptly met. There were so surprises, no delays, and no nonsense. The staff was also friendly and informative when I went to pick it up as well as our initial conversation. Don tightened all of the side stones so they wouldn’t fall out after the downsizing, and I noticed that he folded the extra metal into the band and remolded it instead of simply cutting it out and “discarding it” (keeping it) which is something I’ve known to happen with less scrupulous jewelers. The result was an even more sturdy band than the original while maintaining its dainty, feminine design. Polished to perfection and seamless. While this might seem like a rather unexciting review, exciting is the last thing I want when you’re handing over something that costs as much as it does and holds as much sentimental value as it does to your fiancé. I know from experience that finding a trustworthy jeweler is not a foregone conclusion. I wrote the review so that hopefully other people can find one like I did, and so that Don gets the credit he deserves.

It’s been about a month since I got my custom ring from Don and I am still overjoyed by the entire experience. Don was so amazing at helping me design the perfect ring. Every time I look at my ring my heart smiles and I can’t help but put my left hand forward to subtly show it off to everyone. I absolutely adore this ring and am so grateful for Dons fantastic workmanship. Have already recommended a few of my friends there and will absolutely only be using him for any jewelry needs. 100 stars for the polite, kind and exceptional service!
